WHEN WILL I HAVE MY ORDER?
Exciting news, did you know we now ship worldwide? Most of our orders ship out within 1-2 weeks and you will get your tracking number as soon as your order is sent out. Your order will arrive in about 14-30 business days after shipping depending on your location.
Our amazing tapestries are produced in small batches with hand-stitched finishing to maintain high quality standards. As a result, they take a little bit of time to prepare but are absolutely worth the wait! Due to COVID-19, many shipments are delayed but our team is working around the clock to get you your order right away.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or change an order, please notify us within 24 hours from placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped unfortunately cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to check the status of an order, please contact us. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
WHAT DO I DO IF I GOT THE WRONG ORDER OR IT WAS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE?

We are a USA based company. We have completely taken our store 100% online to offer our customers the best prices possible. We are happy to announce that we are now shipping to many countries thanks to our new fulfillment centers located across the world in Asia and Europe.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE TAPESTRIES?
Sizes of tapestries will vary by design. To see approximate measures or sizing available, visit each individual tapestry's page. All items are sized in inches and are approximate measurements that may vary slightly due to stitching. Please be noted that some sizes pictured may be sold out or unavailable and photos may not reflect the size purchased or selected.
MY PURCHASE WAS DECLINED, WHY?
If your card did not go through or was declined, this could be due to multiple reasons. An error message will specify the issue. As an example, if your purchase or card was declined due to a zip code or postal code error, please get in touch with your your bank to verify the billing address associated with the card and retry the purchase.
Other reasons for failed transactions may include, but are not limited to: insufficient funds, cards not supporting international transactions (if you are outside the USA), etc.
HOW DO I GET MY RECEIPT?

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES?
Our main office is located in the USA and all prices are in USD, but we are proud to be shipping worldwide! if you are outside of the USA, your bank or card provider will convert your purchase to your currency and this will reflect on your statement. Please be noted that conversion rates are constantly changing.
